About Willowmore Founded in 2014 in Singapore, Willowmore (www.willowmore.com.sg) is a Security & Sustainability scale-up specialising in Smart Access Control for critical infrastructure. It is the only Microsoft partner for smart access control. To drive our development, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is motivated by a field that combines technology and purpose. About the job The Sales Executive is responsible for a set of named accounts in Singapore and other ASEAN countries. This individual contributor\xe2\x80\x99s position is based in Singapore. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to grow with our organisation. As Willowmore is a scale-up, the Sales Executive\xe2\x80\x99s actions will dramatically shape everything from our daily operations to our global presence. Willowmore has a channel sales model. However, the Sales Executive will often have to directly face customers, accompany the channel partners, and often originate leads. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, based in Singapore. What you will do:
  • Sell! From lead generation until closure, generating revenues in line with quotas.
  • Forecast sales, on a quarterly basis and with a yearly horizon, using our Zoho CRM thoroughly.
  • Prospect by direct approach and lobbying at government agencies.
  • Recruit Reseller and Referral channel partners.
  • Train, motivate, and enable our channel partners to become self-sufficient.
  • Conduct Business Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews with select partners.
  • Demonstrate Willowmore products to channel partners and end-user clients.
  • Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Achieve a renewal rate target.
  • Interact with the Engineering department to ensure product developments match customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
Who you are: You love tech and you want to share your knowledge to do good. That is why you want to join a Security & Sustainability start-up. You are a good listener, and eloquent when needed. You might not have been directly a salesperson yet, but you have already participated in sales activities, for example as a pre-sales engineer. You are good at numbers; you manage by data; you trust science, but you also like to entertain and build relationships. You don\xe2\x80\x99t play safe, instead, you take calculated risks. You don\xe2\x80\x99t go with the mainstream; you always look for a differentiating edge. You are humble but fearless, respectful but difficult to intimidate. You are well-versed in digital lead generation and OSINT to research your prospects. Your business ethics are impeccable. If it is fishy, you walk away. It will be an advantage if you have:
  • Previous work experience in a channel sale environment;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger;
  • Access Control Management Systems (ACMS) experience;
  • 4+ years of relevent experience and a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
