Sales Executive (Sentosa)
Job Responsibilities include:
- Seeking, Qualifying, Developing and securing new business accounts
- Initiating client contact, making cold calls, meeting clients and closing deals
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Respond to all events enquiries for Sky Garden from the various sales platforms.
- Assist with presentation materials & conducting of site viewings with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations for weddings/corporate events at Sky Garden.
- Assist in preparing the monthly report and ensuring payment is duly collected for all events.
- Assist in Wedding Showcase and ad hoc events.
- Active participation in department meetings.
- All other reasonable duties required by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder from any discipline
- Min. 2-3 years experience in venue sales.
- Possess strong ability in sales and marketing; proven ability to deliver sales objectives
- A goal-getter, tenacious, determined and never give up with a \'can do\' attitude
- Strong skills in communication, negotiations, financials and presentation.
- Computer savvy in terms of analytics, proposal generation and presentation.
- Self-motivated, analytical, persuasive and an excellent team player.
- Resourceful, independent and confident individual
- Ability to influence, build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Able to work as a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Good understanding of the Corporate & Wedding Events sales will be an added advantage
