DESIGNATION : [SMS-SME] Sales Executive (Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for order book management: Contract review, delivery schedule update and control, payment claim
- Use SAP ERP program to manage contract list
- Liaise with logistics department to control the delivery dates with the shipyard
- Upon the completed delivery, claim payment to clients
- Support sales team with any contract management process
- Manage list of outsourcing suppliers with the contract
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma degree or above
- Fluent both in English and Korean to handle Korean market & clients
- Experience with MS office (especially Excel)
- Related experience or career would be welcomed
- Good team work
