Job Description


  • Handle sales enquiries and order processing
  • Provide administrative support to ensure operation efficiency of office
  • Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing
  • Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone
  • Maintain a well-organized record of customer database
  • Handle sales enquiries and order processing
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma, Degree any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin to liaise with English/Chinese speaking clients

Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT) Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri) 8.30 am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)
