Our stack is built on framework of a Payment OS (you pick and choose the services that you like) that provides various services like Virtual Accounts (Accounts you can issue to your end consumers to load funds for use cases like wallets, remittance providers, Wallet Infrastructure to hold deposits), ID & KYB Verification.

As an early member of the team, you will be wearing many hats, including developing country and regional go-\xc2\xadto-\xc2\xadmarket strategies, cultivating strategic partners at all levels of the payments and commerce ecosystem, and creating a merchant pipeline to deliver volume across our network.

You will build trust, find thoughtful solutions, and own the output while being the "ears on the ground" to ensure management, product, and engineering teams get the proper information and prioritize the right things to grow the business.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create businesses from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Defining and penetrating segments across the APAC region
  • Developing the regional pipeline business and go-\xc2\xadto\xc2\xad-market strategy
  • Iterating on our go-\xc2\xadto-\xc2\xadmarket strategies to establish our voice
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with channel partners
  • Creating and delivering personalized presentations
  • Evangelizing the product and our network with critical constituents
  • Informing the product roadmap based on partner\'s needs
  • Representing Finmo at partners and conferences
  • Building the Finmo brand in the region and with the partner community
  • Innovating solutions with advanced and specialized partners
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience, with a preference for the payments industry
  • Must be a Sales Hunter. Ability to prospect and drive net new sales in a very competitive payments technology environment
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to thrive in a startup organization environment that\xe2\x80\x99s fast evolving
  • Able to demonstrate a methodology to prospect and build a pipeline on your own
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
