DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Growing, developing and managing relationships with new clients across the restaurant and retail industry.
2. Proactively promote Solution and Products, meet sales target
3. Know your customer, provider better customer service
4. Daily Sales Operation, including but not limited to Solution Demonstration Setup
5. Participate in promotional events
6. Create engaging and informative customer experience to deliver product values.
7. First touch to new customers
COMMUNICATION AND PC SKILLS
1. Communication: you know how to communicate complex information in a simple way for the target audience.
2. Customer oriented: you care about how customers can achieve success by using our products
3. Problem solving: you expect challenges to arise and you are ready to proactively solve them
4. Good experience in using Google workspace, MS Office, and other software tools
5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate sales results.
6. Quick learner to use technical tools

2+ years of experience in POS / SaaS Industry
