Job Description

We are looking for a PASSIONATE Sales Advocate who wants to be the business enabler to lead and grow our brand - responsible for maximising sales and profitability, conceptualise online catalogs and online storefronts, organise and run roadshows and events to promote the brand products; maintain existing sales channels, explore and expand new ones.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales and growth targets as well as maximising sales and profitability for all online and offline sales channels
• Manage existing trade partner accounts and source for new prospects
• Maintain brand presence and manage daily activities for e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 & more
• Manage all day-to-day sales and operations tasks such as customer enquiries, order fulfilment, sales pitches, sales visits, after-sales support and inventory management
• Devise and execute online and offline campaigns (e.g. road shows and events)
• Work closely with internal / external counterparts (i.e. Production, Logistics) to fulfill customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Prepare and present sales reports during management meetings, including analysis on each sales channel effectiveness and sales performance
• Other duties / projects as assigned

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales for distributor/trading companies, preferably in F&B industry
• Adaptable, resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced industry
• Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and able to work with tight timelines
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Able to work on weekend roadshows / events
• Willing to work in the West area
