Our client Service/Product:
Metal/Steel Parts ManufacturerThe Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbOversee and manage assigned customer accounts
\xe3\x83\xbbConduct product presentation to prospective customers and handle all customers\' inquiries
\xe3\x83\xbbConsolidate customers\' requirements and report to Sales Manager
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide support in pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers\' satisfaction
\xe3\x83\xbbApply basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors and internal departments
\xe3\x83\xbbPerform market research to understand key customers\' business growth, market trends and market situation
\xe3\x83\xbbPresent accurate sales quotation to customers
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with internal departments (e.g. HQ or regional offices) for customer or distributor related issues
\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare daily reports, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order report, report on the achievement of targets and any other job-related reports
\xe3\x83\xbbOther ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales ManagerRequirementsThe Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbAt least NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration and Sales related field
\xe3\x83\xbbMinimally 2 years of working experience in related field
\xe3\x83\xbbFresh graduates are also welcome
\xe3\x83\xbbWell-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on sales and negotiation
\xe3\x83\xbbProficient in spoken and written English
\xe3\x83\xbbProficient in Mandarin and/or Malay would be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin/Malay speaking counterparts
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to multi-task and possess the drive to get tasks completed
\xe3\x83\xbbSelf-motivated and enthusiastic individual with the willingness to learn
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to thrive in a multi-cultural environment
\xe3\x83\xbbPossess a clean and valid driving license
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to travel overseas for short term business trips when requiredOther Information:
