Job Description


:Responsibilities:

  • Report to the National Sales Manager and handle all Singapore Dealers Account
  • To be constantly up to date on the market and competitor developments and provide regular reports for such on monthly basis
  • Support and monitor the trade network, PoS and develop trade sales turnover in Singapore according to target given by management.
  • Monitor and implement company Partnership Programme on all PoS display in Singapore regularly
  • Actively participate in discussions and planning of promotions with Retail and Marketing team with the objective to achieve sales target given for Singapore dealers account. This includes B2C promotions to be launched in our Retail showroom and nationwide that involved trade dealers.
  • Ensure all annual marketing plans will be carried out in time and effectively utilize all marketing budget set for Singapore.
  • Execute and monitor local marketing & PR activities in support of the Marketing Manager and propose solution or suggestion that able to benefit the company in terms of branding and sales growth.
  • Assist in technical issue from trade.
  • Submit on time concise weekly and monthly reports; forecasts and other ad-hoc studies or reports as required.
  • Systematically building and maintaining relationships with Singapore Developers, Architects, and Designers for both direct business and dealer projects.
  • Involvement in project development, planning and coordination.
  • Prepare handwritten and submit tender documents, attending tender interviews and addressing technical and commercial questions within tight deadlines.
  • Responding promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, and spec work from architects and developers
  • Following up on specification changes, pricing revisions, and sample viewing from Architects and Developers.
  • Handle sales inquiries from project customers.
  • Other related duties in relation to market development in Singapore.
  • Special Projects.
Requirements
  • Degree, Diploma in Business, Sales or any related discipline.
  • Min 2 - 3 years working experience in construction, trade or ID sales
  • Excellent skill in MS Office
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Details Orientated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
