We are proudly part of Japan Post xe2x80x94The OpportunityIn this role you will assist Senior Sales Executive and cover Sales Support role to maintain a high level of engagement with customers, work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team. You will also coordinate and oversees end-to-end logistics operations and all shipping-related matter and communicate with overseas agentGetting rates / quotes from existing agents to quote customers.Negotiate, compare and prepare quotations for potential customers. Cover sales support when neededExplore improvement in existing processVerification of freight invoices, submission of paymentImprove and do up SOP for existing operationsPerform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by immediate supervisor / manager.What youxe2x80x99ll need to succeedExperience in Freight OperationsWell versed with IncotermsKnowledge in Batam, Indonesia feeder trade is a plus.Knowledge of Cargowise is a plusExperienced in shipping quotations and liaising with overseas agentWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
