• Hunter Role - Develop & Lead the Sales activities for Singapore & Batam Feeder xe2x80x93 Ocean, Air, and Warehousing.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Self-driven and to achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
• Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Manage and maintain pipelines, plan weekly calls, and follow up on sales leads.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain good, professional working relationships and effective communications with existing and all internal departments and partners.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Singapore and Batam feeder trade.
• Minimum diploma / degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Freight.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding.
• Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and able to perform with minimal supervision.

• Able to travel to Batam, Indonesia.
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
