Job Post for Sales Executive Sproud is a Singapore-based Media Company that creates Learning Experience Design (LXD) content products and solutions. Some of our clients range from Sentosa, National Library Board and MOE. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing organization. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Conduct market research and gather data on competitors and customers - Identify new business opportunities and market trends - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate deals and close sales - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline Requirements - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule:
