Job Description

Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 To work closely with Sales Director & Sales Team to deliver a seamless and pleasant experience to our customers. \xc2\xb7 Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients \xc2\xb7 Handle customer feedback & complaints \xc2\xb7 Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing \xc2\xb7 Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser \xc2\xb7 Generate sales report for submission to management \xc2\xb7 Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable. \xc2\xb7 Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ. \xc2\xb7 Inputting orders to company\xe2\x80\x99s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. \xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Preferred knowing in Japan and Vietnam/ Korean Culture, speaking and writing in Japanese and Vietnamese /Korean will be advantage \xc2\xb7 Preferred Chinese speaking will be advantage \xc2\xb7 Willing to work independently and initiative \xc2\xb7 Proactive problem solvers \xc2\xb7 Computer use competency \xc2\xb7 Well-developed phone manners and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential \xc2\xb7 Social and positive personality * Preferred Singaporean ****We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. **** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
