Job Description

Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients' needs and propose concepts, products & solutions

• Prepare specification, quotation and drawings

• Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.

• Prepare and follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with productions

• Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.

• Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away

• Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable and provide support in recovering outstanding bills.

• Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.

• Main contact person between client and company and coordinate information accordingly to ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.

Requirements: Possess Diploma / Degree Good communication skills (spoken & written) Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field. Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (if possible). Basic knowledge of CAD & 3D drawing (e.g. Sketchup) will be advantageous.Interested applicants, please send update resume, address & last drawn salary.
