We are looking for a Sales Executive to join us: Triple P Projects is a privately owned real estate management company that shapes neighbourhoods by future-proofing conservation properties and forging communities. We are looking for a highly driven and personable Sales Executive to drive the sales of the office spaces in neighbourhoods in the heart of Singapore. All our spaces are in shophouses, which is our calling card, where we breathe new life to conservation houses. We preserve the heritage of Singapore while providing modernity to the community Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be directly involved in expanding our portfolio and forging a strong community of like-minded businesses and individuals across existing and new brands. We want a professional individual who thrives under pressure, possess a high level of integrity, and is eager to build iconic and long lasting brands alongside us.

Your main job responsibilities will include: Sales
  • This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, and will be driving sales of office spaces for the Working Capitol
  • Answer any enquiries about office spaces from potential subtenants
  • Arrange in-person viewings with potential subtenants
  • Create decks for potential subtenants to aid in visualisation in what we can offer them and the space (eg. amenities, furniture, theme, interior design etc.)
  • Manage the potential subtenants and their expectations until contracts are signed
  • Be able to meet the monthly KPIs
  • Identify a pipeline of prospective clients including tenants, partners, members and users, to work towards 100% occupancy
  • You will be working closely with marketing and the creative team, to align strategies in order to maximise the company’s brand awareness and reputation

You will excel in this role if:
  • You are sales-driven
  • You possess outstanding commercial and real estate acumen with knowledge of local and regional market trends.
  • You are adaptable and understand the cross-brand metrics and nuances to position, market and sell both online and offline products, spaces and experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, and comfortable speaking to people from diverse backgrounds
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-motivated and performance driven, with out-of-the-box thinking to create solutions and value for prospective clients.
  • You enjoy interacting with a diverse and multicultural community.
  • You are passionate about shophouses, building brands that foster community, create value through experiential activations of places and spaces and are interested in the future sharing economy and subsequent lifestyle trends.
