Grow account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy and value-add to their needs
Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of sales projects and existing business penetration
Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management
At least 3 years of experience in business development or account management (industrial products preferred)
Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
