Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new customers and businesses
  • Grow account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
  • Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy and value-add to their needs
  • Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
  • Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of sales projects and existing business penetration
  • Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams
  • Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or account management (industrial products preferred)
  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
  • Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
  • Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
