Objective: Achieve sales target by building and maintaining relationship with new and existing customers and managing the sales process Responsibilities: Generate sales leads while building and maintaining relationship with key personnel of prospects and existing customers Manage the sales process - from preparing and presenting proposals to close deals Deliver product demonstrations effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge Educate customers and channel partners on the latest updates and features Attend to and handle customer enquiries, issues, complaints and feedback Stay abreast of latest industry trends, analyse competitors' strategies and contribute new innovative ideas towards product improvement and the growth of the company Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities Skills: At least 2 years of Software Sales Experience needed Have good verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills Customer Service oriented
