The candidate will actively take ownership of our product, support business growth, and foster relationships with our clients.
NOTE: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• To provide support to the sales team in terms of sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
• To maintain proper and effective communication with all parties, both internally and external towards customers, such as promotional activities, changes in pricing, policy, and display of new products, etc.
• Regular reviewing and improvement of sales processes and developing a strategic plan to boost the sales.
• To plan and make productive route call.
• To handle complaints and delivery failures; provide weekly feedback on sales operation issues, competitors\' promotion/pricing, and any other market insights.
• To identify new business opportunities as well as presenting timely information on current market trends to the Sales team.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales report for management meetings.
• Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sports/health & wellness/healthcare & medical industry, insurance, B2B, corporate sales business environment.
• Comfortable to do outdoor sales and communicate with customers on one-to-one presentations.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and work under pressure.
