We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.



DESIGNATION : Sales Executive



RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the construction and civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in quantity surveying or engineering. You will be responsible for preparing and managing customer quotations, handling billing and follow-ups, maintaining sales records, and acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations based on project requirements and collaborate with technical teams to clarify details for complex quotes. Manage billing processes, generate invoices, coordinate with finance for payment collections, and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and handling escalated complaints professionally. Work closely with internal teams such as operations, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Maintain and regularly update sales records, customer information, and quotation databases to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval. Compile and analyze sales data to monitor performance, forecast revenue, and prepare monthly or ad hoc sales reports for management. Develop and manage efficient documentation and filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring compliance with company policies. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and provide relevant updates to customers. Support sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, and participation in sales events, exhibitions, or customer visits. Coordinate and prepare for customer visits, site inspections, and technical meetings, ensuring smooth communication and proper documentation. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance quotation workflows, customer follow-ups, and overall sales efficiency. Assist with special projects, internal audits, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head.




QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or higher (preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field). Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or related industries. Background in Quantity Surveying is preferred. Excellent relationship-building, networking, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen; presentable and trustworthy demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong planning and time management abilities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment. Possession of a valid Class 2 or 3 driving license and/or own vehicle is advantageous to support mobility for customer visits and engagements.
