Voyage Consultants is a Singapore-based, licensed employment agency and immigration consultancy supporting foreign professionals, expats, and corporate clients with Singapore work passes and relocation matters. We focus on compliance-driven guidance, clear documentation support, and client education to help individuals and organisations navigate Singapore's regulatory frameworks responsibly and transparently.
As a boutique consultancy, we work closely with each client and handle a carefully curated caseload, allowing our team to gain direct exposure to senior decision-makers, high-quality cases, and meaningful client relationships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, opening conversations, and converting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong business development skills while working closely with senior leadership.
During the initial phase, you will shadow and be mentored by the Director of Business Development, gaining direct exposure to real client engagements, partnership discussions, and deal structuring. Training and guidance will be provided before independent handling of clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support business growth through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
Identify and approach potential clients and strategic partners (e.g. service providers, agencies, networks) to explore collaboration opportunities and secure introductory meetings.
Attend networking sessions, industry events, and partner meetings to expand Voyage's business ecosystem.
Engage prospective clients, understand their objectives, and position Voyage's services accordingly.
Work alongside the Director of Business Development during sales discussions and gradually take ownership of suitable leads.
Convert qualified leads into clients and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with the operations team.
Maintain clear and organised sales records, follow-ups, and handover notes.
Contribute ideas and light support to social media and digital outreach efforts aimed at lead generation and brand visibility.
Attend in-person client meetings as required (transport reimbursable).
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and relationship-driven business development.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence, and initiative are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for client communication.
Comfortable with in-person meetings and on-site work during the initial training period.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to follow up on leads consistently.
Client-focused mindset with professional communication and discretion.
Interest in social media, networking, or growth initiatives is a plus.
