About the Opportunity

We are hiring

50 motivated Sales Executives

on behalf of our client - a leading authorised Telco partner in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Promote broadband and mobile solutions to commercial and residential customers. Conduct meetings, roadshows and door-to-door engagements to generate leads and close sales. Achieve monthly targets of $60,000 (commercial & residential) or 40 residential sign-ups. Present and demonstrate products confidently to customers. Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer retention. Participate in major marketing events such as COMEX and IT shows.

Requirements

Singapore Citizens or PRs only

(per MOM regulations). Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Resilient and target-driven. Prior sales or telco experience is an advantage - training will be provided. Fresh graduates and career switchers with a passion for sales are welcome.

Compensation & Incentives

Basic Salary:

$3,000 - $6,000 (Base + Commission)

Average Monthly Earnings:

$5,000 and above (no cap)

Top Performers:

Earn up to $27 per sale and $10,000+ monthly.

Roadshow Incentives:

Potential to earn $2,000 commission in one day (COMEX events).

Probation:

3 - 6 months with career progression to Team Leader or Account Manager.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday:

Roadshow (Flexible hours based on event schedule)
