Sales Executive (telecommunication)
Job Description
: * Engage with customer in person in foreign worker dormitories * Manage sales booth and perform sales transactions in cash/nets payments. * Ensure accurate information collec : Engage with customer in person in foreign worker dormitories Manage sales booth and perform sales transactions in cash/nets payments. Ensure accurate information collected in registration and transaction process. Liase with sales support on any feedback or customer's issue Provide accurate and correct information to customers Attend campaign brief/training and weekly sales meeting Handling customers complains and queries. Reporting of daily sales numbers Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays Any other duties that are assigned by supervisor from time to time Requirements: Min. N/O Level and above. Good working knowledge in using computers and operating mobile phones (Android/IOS). Comfortable with interacting with all sorts of customers. Comfortable with foreign worker dormitories environment. Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service focused. Pro-active and highly motivated team player with a positive attitude who can work independently. Other Information: Several locations in the West and North area 6 days' work week (Weekdays 3pm to 11pm, Weekends 5pm to 11pm) Career advancement opportunities
