-Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new dealers, with a key focus on department store channels.
-Identify and research potential prospects to understand their needs and present tailored business proposals.
-Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned targets.
-Plan and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives for dealers and channel outlets.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
-Explore and expand business opportunities within offline channels to maximize growth potential.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Good understanding of sales processes, corporate decision-making, and CRM tools.
Professional and confident when interacting with corporate clients.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
