Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and business development activities. Pitch recruitment services and tailor solutions based on client needs. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements



At least

1-2 years of experience in sales / business development

, preferably in recruitment / HR solutions / manpower / staffing / B2B services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented. Independent, driven, and goal-focused. Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
