Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell company's range of tiles and building materials to clients (designers, contractors, renovators, and homeowners).

Requirements

Preferably with

experience in building materials, interior design, construction, or related industry

. Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and site visits. Good communication and sales negotiation skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Manage and follow up on existing customer accounts to build strong long-term relationships. Source new business opportunities through site visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and quotations. Prepare sales proposals, follow up on pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales service. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
