Job Description

Responsibilities:



B2B client acquisition: Identify and engage corporate clients, SMEs, and organisations that can benefit from WSQ training. Sales & business development: Support go-to-market plans and execute sales activities to drive enrolments and partnerships. Client meetings & presentations: Run face-to-face and virtual meetings with HR, L&D and business leaders to showcase WSQ training solutions. Lead generation & pipeline management: Build and maintain a simple sales pipeline via networking, cold calls, referrals and events; keep records updated. Solutioning: Understand client training needs and recommend suitable WSQ courses. Grant & funding advisory: Share high-level guidance on relevant funding (e.g., SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit, Skills Development Levy) and assist with applications where required. Account management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Market research: Keep current on industry trends, WSQ updates and workforce training needs.


Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field. Strong interest in B2B sales within training/education or HR solutions; internships, projects or CCA leadership in sales/BD are a plus. Confident communicator with solid presentation and basic negotiation skills. Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and maintaining a simple CRM/pipeline. Learning mindset, self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with the WSQ/SkillsFuture landscape is an advantage (training will be provided).
