Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc) Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT) Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements:

Good spoken and written Chinese is a must to deal with Chinese customers

Good spoken and written English Excellent MS Office skills (Excel) Able to work under constant deadline pressure Team player with good interpersonal skills Fast and accurate typing skills 5.5-day work week, alternate Sat off following confirmation
