Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients from
wet markets, hawker centres, coffee shops, and food courts
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Conduct regular sales visits and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and payments
Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Cross-sell and upsell company products to maximize sales opportunities
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum
O-Level qualification
1-2 years of
B2B sales experience
, preferably in the
food supply or FMCG industry
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and achieve targets
Knowledge of
wet market or catering sectors
preferred
Possession of a
valid Class 3 driving licence
is an advantage
Proficient in
English and Mandarin
(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
