About the Role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executives to join their studio team. As the first point of contact for members, you will build relationships, nurture leads, and guide potential clients through their wellness journey. Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell studio memberships, packages, and wellness programs.
Build rapport with clients, nurture leads, and provide tailored recommendations.
Manage 80% of the sales process before handing over to the Studio Manager for closure.
Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Support studio marketing activities, promotions, and events to generate leads.
Keep accurate sales records and follow up consistently with clients.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and positive client experiences.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (fitness, lifestyle, or service industry preferred)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Passionate about wellness, fitness and healthy living
Positive, proactive, and target-driven personality
