Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage food service and wet market customers / portfolio;

• Implement strategic business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong market presence;

• Work closely with Sales Operations team to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximised to achieve monthly sales targets and achieve desired growth.

• Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews to improve sales performance and to further develop the business.

• Provide feedback on the trade and competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance and competitiveness

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Perform collections;

• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of local businesses trends

• Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.

• Problem solving skills, positive and good analytical mind

• Sales driven and highly motivated individual
  

• Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience working in SME food service manufacturing environment

• At least 5 years of sales experience in food service and wet market segment
