Manage food service and wet market customers / portfolio;
Implement strategic business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong market presence;
Work closely with Sales Operations team to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximised to achieve monthly sales targets and achieve desired growth.
Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews to improve sales performance and to further develop the business.
Provide feedback on the trade and competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance and competitiveness
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Perform collections;
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Job Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local businesses trends
Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.

Sales driven and highly motivated individual
Education, Experience & Training
Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience working in SME food service manufacturing environment
At least 5 years of sales experience in food service and wet market segment
