Job Description

• Position: Sales Executive/ Consultant - IT Educational Course (FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
• Location: Bugis (MOSTLY WORK FROM HOME EVERYDAY)/ Need to be back in office at times for meeting
• Working hours: 5 Days/ Office hours
• Salary: GROSS salary (Commissions + Transport + Handphone allowance) UP TO $5000 or MORE + Variable Bonus + 14 Days annual leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: IT Educational Course

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses and private individuals via telephone to promote our programme/ products and offerings
• Source for prospects and obtain relevant names and contact details for targeted calling
• Explain the programme/ products and offerings to potential clients
• Solicit for sign ups via telephone and emails
• Assist with enquiries and follow up with potential clients on application status
• Guide clients on the online sign up process
• Keep records of calls made and status of each lead generated
• Set up appointments with potential clients for the sales team when necessary

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
• Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills to liaise with business associates
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or telemarketing
• Persistent, sales driven, and results oriented
• Able to handle rejection
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably via telephone sales
• Proficient in Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
