*Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
*Working Hours: Mon to Fri ,8.30am-5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Support sales team in matching, reserving and updating of stock status, processing quotation, sales order & filing.
Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Attend to customer enquiries & follow up.
Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team.
Maintain good relationship with customer.
Be familiar with product offerings and market trends.
Any other ad-hoc duties required.
Requirements
Possess Diploma / Certificate.
Good communication skills. (spoken & written)
Meticulous, highly organized and team-player.
Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
