Identify and target potential clients in the food and beverage industry, ranging from small eateries to larger restaurant chains, with the aim of introducing our innovative Point of Sale and ERP solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
Present product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our Point of Sale and ERP solutions, highlighting how they can streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth for F&B businesses.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with the technical requirements and capabilities of the client\'s business.
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, tailored to each client\'s unique needs and objectives.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
Previous experience of proven B2B sales experience in the technology sector, with a focus on Point of Sale and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including its operations, challenges, and trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage
