About the job Sales Executive (Marine Automation)


Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential clients in the maritime, offshore, and shipyard industries


Promote and explain automation, retrofit, and engineering solutions (e.g., tank gauging, engine monitoring, ICCP, CCTV, fire detection, AMS, etc.)


Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team


Follow up on leads, tenders, and quotations to drive conversion


Attend site visits, meetings, and trade shows as necessary


Maintain CRM records and produce regular sales reports


Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and handover


Requirements



Fresh Grads welcome!


Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Marine preferred) or Business with technical aptitude


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


Able to read technical drawings and understand basic control systems is a plus


Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or site assessments
