Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing professional product advice and recommendations. Develop a good understanding of the company's product range and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Build strong client relationships by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions. Liaise with architects, interior designers, and contractors to support project requirements. Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively. Ensure high standards of showroom presentation and product displays. Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to management. Assist with marketing events, product launches, and showroom promotions when required.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in showroom sales, architecture, or interior furnishings industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good sales negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
