Sales Executives

to join our showrooms in strategic locations around Singapore. The role involves in-person and online sales, customer service, and coordination tasks to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

& Requirements:

Sales responsibilities:

Sales Executives manage online and offline sales channels, engage with customers, provide product knowledge, negotiate sales, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Customer service and engagement:

The role involves prompt inquiry handling, addressing customer concerns, building lasting relationships, and managing online reviews to enhance customer experience.

Operational coordination:

Duties include coordinating installation and delivery schedules, stock availability checks, invoicing, payment collection, and courier service arrangements to ensure efficient service.

Teamwork and strategy development:

Sales Executives collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales strategies, generate promotional materials, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

Retail sales experience preferred, training will be provided Working hours: 9am to 6pm, 2 days off per week, minimum 2 weekend days off per month
