Job Description



  • A must to develop a solid and trusting relationship between major supermarkets, online grocers and the
company in the shortest time.
  • Must have the aptitude and creativity in developing quick solutions to resolve key client (supermarkets and
online grocers) issues and complaints
  • Must have initiative to study and search to form a complete understanding of key account needs (extracting
data, studying them and ensuring all back end in the systems are stable and accurate) in the company to increase sales for all key accounts put in your charge.
  • Must constantly be alert and see new ideas and share improvement ideas that will result in business growth
opportunities and to share that with management immediately.
  • Must respond to key clients and internal teams at the shortest time possible
  • Constantly strengthen relationships by initiating all ideas that can benefit both the company and all customers.
  • Be able to achieve higher sales amount on every new purchase order received.
  • Must be able to negotiate for the lowest budgets allocated from the company to take in the highest sales
purchase orders for the company.
  • Must be able to form creative solutions to set up promotions at the lowest promotional Retail Selling Price and
take in and meet sales target set up by the management for each promotional campaign or promotional advertisement.
  • Candidate must be able to negotiable for the lowest cost with buyers for each campaign promotional
advertisement and must be able negotiate for the best facing, target set for extra retail space (cashier space), target set for block stacks and achieve sales target for the size of the purchase order set by the management.
  • Must be able to work efficiently using the most effective communications with design, sales merchandising
team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Must have the skills to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Must initiate monthly plans and present reports on actual sales revenue, revenue growth, account progress,
goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Must meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Must have strong drive to expand relationships and bringing in new sales revenues to the company
  • Must have experience in managing the sales merchandising team
  • Must ensure that the sales merchandising team is guided to the highest standard so shelves are always 100%
stocked without out of stock situations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience dealing with large supermarket chains.
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Must be Goal-oriented, be a very organized team player, and be able to overachieve monthly set targets.
  • Must be self-motivated and self-directed and bears high level of initiatives
  • Must bear Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and be very responsive to customers\' calls and messages
  • Must have the hunger to expand the company with new sales and expand clients\' count for the company.
  • Must have strong skills to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and into
higher sales.
  • Must have the initiatives to communicate with management immediately if progress of work is blocked due to
the lack of knowledge in all areas.
  • Must bear excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-
person
  • Must have strong computer skills, and experience with cloud, sales orders systems and the Microsoft Office
Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and power-point skills.
  • Must bear strong negotiation skills, with the ability to do 100% follow-through on client purchase orders
issuance.
  • Must have excellent ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Must show proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
