Experience your best self with URC! Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Information Associate (Cebu)! The Sales Information Associate (Cebu) is responsible for the effective gathering, consolidation, analysis and reliable dissemination of qualitative and quantitative data to the Area Sales Management Team on sales and distribution performance. Ensures that this information is accurate, realistic and timely to induce the right decision all the time of key officials in the assigned sales area. What are the Responsibilities?

• Provide assistance to TSMs/CDAMs/GCDMs/CDMs and
• Trade Marketing Group in generating needed reports from the RD Sales Information System.
• Participate in the ingress (for new RD) and egress (terminated or resigned RD) process of the Encorelite activation and de-activation.
• Ensures that the sales incentives of Field Sales are computed and verified for submission to Accounting
• Computes for the individual results of Key Performance Indicators and NASCON Awards
• Ensures that all Field Sales new hires and personnel re-alignments are covered with PARA (Personnel and Account Re-alignment Advice).
• Coordinates with Masterdata Specialist for any sales line-up changes for proper system alignment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, or any related course
• Has experiencein Sales and Sales Reporting
• Must be proficient orally and in writing/ has good communication skills.
  
• Must be extrovert and communally oriented in dealing with people.
  
• Willing to do fieldwork from time to time
