Reborn Interior

is looking for a Full-Time Interior Designer. Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and pursuing sales leads, meeting clients, space planning and designing interior for residential and commercial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Search for and bid on new projects*
Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project*
Plans and designs the layout of an interior space efficiently so that it is functional and fashionable*
Visualises and sketches design plans as per client goals*
Sources products and materials for client.*
Create a timeline for the interior design project, determines costs and prepares cost estimates*
Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements*
Inspects construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met*
Oversee construction, conduct on-site inspection and coordinate with contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project*
Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied before handover

Requirements:

Preferably fresh graduate*
No prior experience is required, as one to one training will be provided*
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred*
Strong communication and organisational skills*
Customer oriented and strong interest in sales and interior design*
Demonstrated self-discipline, confidence, focus, willing to learn and positive mindset*
Owning your responsibilities, staying accountable*
Sales driven, self-motivated and willing to go extra miles*
Strong characteristic, independent and proactive in learning*
Able to work with people and independently*
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment to meet tight datelines*
Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve superior results in a deadline-driven environment
