• 5Days Work (4Weekday + 1 Weekend)

Salary:(1) Junior (Basic $1200 + 35% Project Profit)(2) Senior (Full Commission Role, 65% of Project Profit)Job Specification/Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Sales Role
• Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior position
• Possessed Diploma in Interior Design or related & equivalent is preferred (Training will be provided)

• Prepare Design Proposal &/OR Presentation for space planning and design conceptualization from client's requirements
• Generating Quotation from client's requirements
• To communicate & provide explanation confidently for any design/renovation process upon client's query before project confirmation
• Manage Client's expectation before and during the project duration
• Converting prospective clients to actual sales
• Managing projects to meet project objective and client's needs
• In charge of the Project management as well as Site supervision of individual's project
• Sales & Customer orientated services
