Roles and Responsibilities

Generate New sales lead. Prepare Layout plan in CAD format. Prepare Sales Quotation. Prepare sample board and present to customer. Prepare Cad & 3d vision drawing and present to customer. Closing of Sales and start to prepare site schedule. Bringing customer for outdoor item shopping and purchases. Liaise with all the subcon to perform the work. Timeline update to company and customer. Project costing to maximize company revenue. Lead a team of junior sales designer and project co-ordinator. Responsible for Sales Team monthly target. Handling marketing leads and generating more leads for team. Hold Sales Meeting to improve and increase revenue for company. Provide Space Planning and Design conceptualization using AutoCAD 2D Drawings. 3D Interior and Exterior Designing. Provide V-Ray render used for all 3D works. Colour Elevation and Layout Design in Adobe Photoshop.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, sales-driven and highly self-motivated Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines Able to handle customers' inquiries during off-work hours or weekends Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in teams Has prior knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD or Sketch-up Minimum 2 years of relevant interior design and selling experience in Singapore. * You have handled end-to-end projects like sales, design, and execution.
