Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budget.
Develop and present creative design concepts, layout plans, and product selections.
Prepare accurate costings and quotations
based on customer specifications.
Work closely with the sales team, who will handle lead generation, follow-ups, and order processing.
Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and product options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle design-related queries promptly.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields preferred.
Experience in interior design, furniture, kitchen, or related industries is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in preparing quotations and costings
for customers.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max,SketchUp, or similar).
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
