• Work with the CSO and/or sales manager to complete assigned tasks
• Update sales reports and documents on a regular basis
• Observe the sales cycle from pitching, negotiation, closing and implementation
• Communicating with partners at the CSO and/or manager\xe2\x80\x99s request
• Conduct research and market insight
• Develop sales pitch and contribute to sales strategies when required
• Attend meetings with CSO and/or sales manager when required
• Provide customer service support to walk-in customers
• Other ah-doc tasks and projects when required

Sales Support & Administrative:

• Data entry and tracking for different lines of business for billing
• Contracts \xe2\x80\x93 database maintenance and ensure execution forms are signed off
• Tracking of outstanding sales support items
• Timely response to invoicing queries / credit note requests from clients
• Send out monthly sales reports to clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction survey is sent to for auditing purposes
