Jewelry Club Recruitment Sales AssistantJob Responsibilities:
- As a salesperson, you are responsible for sales and customer relationships that require exceptional customer service and sales skills. At the same time, it also supports other daily maintenance of the store.
- Provide high-quality customer service as required by the company to satisfy customers; (including but not limited to: receiving customers, answering customer inquiries, handling complaints and providing after-sales service, etc.);
- Be able to master the company's standardized product trends and knowledge, and provide customers with detailed and professional purchase suggestions, and actively complete the company's sales performance goals;
- Assist the person in charge to do well in store personnel management, teaching management, and operation management (including but not limited to: creating an enthusiastic and positive team atmosphere; guiding and infecting team members to play team spirit, etc.);
- Recognize and practice the company's brand concept and corporate culture, take customers as the center, and abide by the company's rules and regulations and standard operating procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Two or more years of retail luxury brand sales experience,
- management experience or international brand sales work background is preferred .
- Active and enthusiastic at work, able to independently and continuously improve personal ability, teamwork ability, strong execution and sense of responsibility.
- Have affinity and excellent service awareness, clear logical thinking, strong understanding and language communication skills, and have good communication and sales awareness.
