We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Singapore, expanding into
MSP 2.0
-- where cybersecurity, PDPA compliance, and AI advisory meet. We are seeking a
Sales Lead
who can position our services at the boardroom level, not just IT.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of our
Cybersecurity, Compliance and AI Strategy
offerings.
Build strong relationships with SME decision-makers (CEOs, Managing Directors, Compliance Heads).
Conduct consultative discovery sessions to uncover pain points in compliance, cybersecurity, and AI adoption.
Translate business risks into clear value propositions (e.g., "PDPA compliance as a sales trust asset").
Work with pre-sales consultants and project managers to design tailored proposals.
Achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership sessions.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in IT services, compliance, or cybersecurity.
Proven track record in selling
solutions, not products
-- especially to SME leadership teams.
Strong understanding of Singapore's PDPA, cybersecurity trends, and AI adoption landscape.
Confident communicator able to engage
both technical teams and C-suite decision-makers.
Consultative, outcome-driven mindset.
Experience in Microsoft 365 / Sophos / AI SaaS sales a plus.
