Main Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service \xc2\xb7 Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and ensure customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customer \xc2\xb7 Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc \xc2\xb7 Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively \xc2\xb7 Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers\' complaints and feedback \xc2\xb7 Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment \xc2\xb7 Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch \xc2\xb7 To assist in making cold-calls to customers \xc2\xb7 Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition \xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Min. 5 years\' experience in the beauty wellness industry \xc2\xb7 Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities \xc2\xb7 Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities \xc2\xb7 Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays) \xc2\xb7 Passionate about the beauty and service industry Salary: \xc2\xb7 Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set \xc2\xb7 Full time staff salary with basic salary + commission + incentives Branch Locations:
