Job Description

Promote gallery and establish strong relationships with potential customers

Perform Artwork sales transaction

Developing a sales plan and setting sales goals for sales team

Tracking sales targets and reporting results

Assist gallery's daily operation, gallery exhibitions and management of the artworks

Liaising with other Whitestone galleries in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing & Seoul to achieve sales target

Perform other admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

[Requirement]

- Software Skill (Microsoft / Adobe illustrator / Photoshop is a plus)

- Excellent Communication Skills to liaise with Artists, Sponsors and high-end customers

Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in Art Industry

Bachelor's degree in related discipline, such as arts, history, literature, philosophy, humanity etc.

Team oriented person who is good at fostering smooth communication among staffs and departments

Proficient in MS Office

Adaptable, fast learner and carry Multitasking skills

Able to get things done efficiently and in timely manner

[Working Hours]

- Working hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

- 5days work in shift per week, Tue - Sun (Gallery closed on Monday and Public Holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
