:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for construction projects.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Manage client relationships and follow up on project enquiries.
Coordinate marketing activities, including social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
Work closely with project and operations teams to support business development and client servicing.
Provide administrative support for contracts, invoicing, and project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Media, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, administration, or client servicing.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Prior experience in media, events, or client coordination will be considered an advantage.
