This role will be reporting to the Founder directly and be the pioneer team to build the business in Singapore.

Our client is a newly set up creative design agency. Their parent company is based in Hong Kong and well-known in investment industry. As they have noticed the trends of company using agency for branding and digital marketing especially post-pandemic period, they have decided to set up an agency due to the demand from their portfolio. Our client believes in branding and design is very important to all business despite the size of the business. Hence, they are dedicated to help their client in building their own brand. Hence, they are now looking for candidate who will be excited to set up a business.

Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the agency\'s client base, generate new leads, and foster long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to create innovative sales strategies that give the agency a competitive edge.
• Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales management within the creative and media industry
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and media solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate the agency\'s value proposition to clients.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
