Sales Manager is responsible to develop liquid cooling business to data center ecosystem.The Opportunity:

Develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and set team targets to drive revenue growth.
Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Build strong client relationships, oversee customer acquisition and retention, and ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and provide data-driven sales reports to refine strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams, represent sales in leadership meetings, and drive business expansion through strategic pricing and client acquisition.
